Solidarity Works

Solidarity Works: Politics of Cultural Memory, is an exhibit created by Azra Aksamija, a professor from the MIT Department of Architecture.  This exhibit examines how architecture and art can be used to create a sense of community solidarity during a crisis or conflict by giving people something to bond over. It was a very interesting perspective on the importance of art in our culture.
